BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Posada El Cuadrante in all reservations made through its booking engine requires the payment of 30% of the total stay, depending on type of room.

You can withdraw from the requested or contracted services and, depending on the terms indicated below, there is or is not the possibility of reimbursement:

In case of advancing the day of departure established in the reservation, the client, in addition to paying for the days of the stay that have elapsed, will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit delivered on the day on account of the reservation.

The cancellation prior to the arrival of a reservation will give the right to retain a maximum, as compensation, the following percentage, as appropriate:

– 10% of the total stay as management fees when the cancellation is made more than 10 days before the date set to occupy the accommodation.

– 100% of the payment made as a deposit ( 30%) when the cancellation is made with 10 days or less. The payment made will therefore be NON-REFUNDABLE.

Other cancellations that derive from the responsibility of the client will cause the loss of the amount paid on account. (reservations that have been made by minors, evictions, etc.)

If you wish to cance or modifyl your reservation  it, you must contact us by e-mail posadaelcuadrante@posadaelcuadrante.com, indicating the name of the person who made the reservation and the date of arrival.

Reservations will not be considered canceled until POSADA EL CUADRANTE sends you a reservation cancellation confirmation via e-mail.externo.
